Get Ready for an Epic Summer Adventure at the ICUA Youth Rally!

Want to spend a week making new friends, building leadership skills, and having the time of your life? The ICUA Youth Rally is your chance to do just that – and more! Every summer, Idaho Falls Power sends 10 local high school students on an unforgettable adventure. This all-expense paid event, sponsored by Idaho Falls Power and Idaho Consumer-Owned Utilities Association (ICUA), takes place each July in Boise and brings together students from other utilities in Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, and Alaska for a week of fun, learning, and growth. It’s your chance to explore leadership, teamwork, personal development, and even dive into topics like government, business, and energy!

Here’s just a taste of what you’ll get to experience:

• Obstacle course challenges and team-building games
• Fun parties with ice cream, pizza, and swimming at the water park
• A talent show where you can show off your unique skills
• A tour of the Idaho State Capitol
• Government/electric industry information
• Business and personal development
• Volleyball, lawn games, new friends, and more!

But it’s not just about the fun – you’ll also have the chance to earn scholarships, including a $500 scholarship for participating, and the chance to compete for even more scholarship money. Plus, one lucky participant will be selected to represent Idaho at the National Youth Tour in Washington, D.C. – all expenses paid!

How to Apply:

• Are you a high school sophomore or junior?
• Is your parent or guardian an Idaho Falls Power customer?

Applications and essays are due by April 15, 2025. The Youth Rally takes place from July 7-11, 2025. You can apply online via JotForm, or grab a paper application at your local high school, the Idaho Falls Power office (140 S Capital), or download it from our website.
